***Emergency Contact numbers*** ---  These service providers are to be contacted ONLY by current tenants in need of immediate or EMERGENCY repairs and ONLY when Property Manager is unavailable.  Tenants should call(not text) the property manager FIRST, for authorization, before contacting emergency service providers.  Tenants will then notify the service provider that they are a tenant of Orlando Rents LLC and specify ONLY the repairs that are immediately necessary.  Any repairs requested that do not constitute an emergency or impose a hazardous condition will be charged back to the tenant.
